CARBONbye is a project under test. This site is not a data sheet, not an executive design, not a certification, and is not a public offer.

Video, renders and images are for illustrative purposes only. They describe an intention, not a built work or a closed jobsite. They do not represent guaranteed performance.

2. Disclaimer / waiver

You agree not to rely on this site for design, structural, construction, environmental or investment decisions without independent review by your own professionals.

To the extent permitted by law, Maurizio Conti and CARBONbye are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use, interpretation or reproduction of the information, renders or video published here.

Material tests are underway. Any figures cited elsewhere are preliminary until supported by an opposible laboratory report.

3. Intellectual property

Trade dress, texts, layout, photographs, renders, video and visible know-how belong to Maurizio Conti / CARBONbye. A patent application has been filed. The site does not publish formulations, dosages or print parameters.

Unauthorised reproduction of the invention, the contents and the graphics is forbidden and will be pursued.

Italian law applies. Courts of the controller’s Italian venue, except where consumer rules provide otherwise.
