This is an informational site presenting the CARBONbye project. It is not an online shop.

Data you send by e-mail or phone (name, contact details, message content).
Technical navigation data logged by the hosting server (IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent) for security.
Your cookie-banner choice, stored on your device (localStorage), not on our server.

There is no newsletter form. We do not sell data to third parties.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Answering enquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Site security and technical logs — Art. 6(1)(f).
Legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c).

4. Recipients and hosting

The site is hosted by Register.it S.p.A. Fonts are served by Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). Using Google Fonts may involve transfer of your IP address to Google servers, including outside the EU, under Google’s terms.

If a statistics tool (e.g. Google Analytics) is activated later, this notice and the cookie banner will be updated first.

5. Retention

E-mails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and, if a relationship follows, as required by law. Server logs follow the host’s security retention policy.

6. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it). Write to m.conti@carbonbye.it.

7. Children

The site is not directed at children under 14 and does not intentionally collect their data.
